Tax Bernie Sanders. Bernie should pay 86 percent tax on campaign donations, and be a good example of being taxed. Do you think he will skip the country. Donald Trump money has been taxed to hell, for his campaign money. Let be fair, Democrats candidates donated money, should be taxed 86 percent, like the rich. How come politicians don’t pay taxes on their donations. They like to tax everything, day in and day out, to low wage earners. It’s time for them to pay taxes.

Trump: Hillary Has ‘Killed Hundreds of Thousand of People With Her Stupidity’ Those killings mean nothing to Public TV, NBC,CBS,ABC. They have the same heart as a murderer or terrorist’s.

by PAM KEY 13 Dec 201564
On this weekend’s broadcast of “Fox News Sunday,” Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump attacked Democratic presidential candidate Hillary Clinton for her tenure as the nation’s top diplomat in the Obama administration.

Trump said, “I’m not like Hillary Clinton. She’s got no strength, she got no stamina. Everything she does is like theatrical.”
He continued, “She’s the one that caused all this problem with her stupid policies. You look at what she did with Libya, what she did with Syria, look at Egypt. What happened with Egypt, a total mess. We don’t back any of our allies. She was truly — if not the — one of the worst secretary of states in this history of the country. She talks about me being dangerous, she’s killed hundreds of thousands of people with her stupidity.”
Wallace asked, “What do you mean she’s killed hundreds of thousands?”
Trump answered, “Look at what happened. Middle East is a total disaster under her. She traveled back and forth, but look at all problems. Look at as an example, Iraq, total disaster. They didn’t get us in but they got us out badly. We spent two trillion dollars, thousands of lives, wounded warriors all over. Look at Libya, look at Benghazi. Our ambassador, he wired her five or six hundred times asking for help She’ll take her friend’s call every time. Hillary Clinton doesn’t have the judgement, she doesn’t have the strength or the stamina to be president. She will be a terrible president. And I think I’ll win.”

SA Nazi organization ( Community Organizers ) from the Marks books.

SA, abbreviation of Sturmabteilung (German: “Assault Division”), byname Storm Troopers or Brownshirts, German Sturmtruppen or Braunhemden, in the German Nazi Party, a paramilitary organization whose methods of violent intimidation played a key role in Adolf Hitler’s rise to power.

The SA was founded in Munich by Hitler in 1921 out of various roughneck elements that had attached themselves to the fledgling Nazi movement. It drew its early membership largely from the Freikorps (Free Corps), armed freebooter groups, made up largely of ex-soldiers, that battled leftists in the streets in the early days of the Weimar Republic. Outfitted in brown uniforms after the fashion of Benito Mussolini’s Fascist Blackshirts in Italy, the SA men protected party meetings, marched in Nazi rallies, and physically assaulted political opponents. Temporarily in disarray after the failure of Hitler’s Munich Putsch in 1923, the SA was reorganized in 1925 and soon resumed its violent ways, intimidating voters in national and local elections. From January 1931 it was headed by Ernst Röhm, who harboured radical anticapitalist notions and dreamed of building the SA into Germany’s main military force. Under Röhm SA membership, swelled from the ranks of the Great Depression’s unemployed, grew to 400,000 by 1932 and to perhaps 2,000,000—20 times the size of the regular army—by the time that Hitler came to power in 1933.

During the early days of the Nazi regime, the SA carried out unchecked street violence against Jews and Nazi opponents. But it was eyed with suspicion by the regular army and by the wealthy industrialists, two groups whose support Hitler was trying to secure. Against Hitler’s expressed wishes, Röhm continued to press for a “second Nazi revolution” of a socialist character, and he hoped to merge the regular army with the SA under his own leadership. On June 30, 1934, the Night of the Long Knives (die Nacht der langen Messer), Hitler, using SS forces, carried out a “Blood Purge” of the SA leadership. Röhm and dozens of SA leaders were summarily executed. Thereafter the SA, reduced in strength, continued to exist but ceased to play a major political role in Nazi affairs. From 1939 it was in charge of training all able-bodied men for Home Guard units.

THE NAZZI SS
( Community Organizers and Nazzi are followers of Marks, the same thing. )

Founded in 1925, the “Schutzstaffel,” German for “Protective Echelon,” initially served as Nazi Party leader Adolf Hitler’s (1889-1945) personal bodyguards, and later became one of the most powerful and feared organizations in all of Nazi Germany. Heinrich Himmler (1900-45), a fervent anti-Semite like Hitler, became head of the Schutzstaffel, or SS, in 1929 and expanded the group’s role and size. Recruits, who had to prove none of their ancestors were Jewish, received military training and were also taught they were the elite not only of the Nazi Party but of all humankind. By the start of World War II (1939-45), the SS had more than 250,000 members and multiple subdivisions, engaged in activities ranging from intelligence operations to running Nazi concentration camps. At the postwar Nuremberg trials, the SS was deemed a criminal organization for its direct involvement in war crimes.

ORIGINS OF THE SS
In 1921, Adolf Hitler became the leader of a fledgling political organization called the National Socialist German Workers’ (Nazi) Party. The group promoted extreme German nationalism and anti-Semitism, (anti-Christian today) and was dissatisfied with the terms of the Treaty of Versailles, the 1919 peace settlement that ended World War I (1914-18) and required numerous concessions and reparations from Germany. Hitler blamed Jews and Marxists for Germany’s problems and espoused the concept of an Aryan “master race.”

By the end of 1921, Hitler had his own private army, the “Sturmabteilung” (“Assault Division”), or SA, whose members were known as storm troopers or brown shirts (for the color of their uniforms). The SA accompanied Hitler during his public appearances and surrounded him when he made impassioned speeches urging his supporters to perpetrate violence against Jews and his political adversaries.
In 1925, Hitler ordered the formation of the Schutzstaffel, an entity that was separate from, although linked to, the SA. The SS initially consisted of eight individuals, all of whom were entrusted to personally guard Hitler and other top Nazis. Julius Schreck (1898-1936), a dedicated Hitler loyalist, (political hacks today) became the first commander of the SS. The following year, Schreck, who frequently wore a fake moustache that resembled Hitler’s, was replaced by Joseph Berchtold (1897-1962). Erhard Heiden (1901-33) took control of the SS in 1927. That same year, SS members were banned from partaking in political debate and were required to profess undying loyalty to Hitler and unquestioningly acknowledge him as their one and only prophet.
HEINRICH HIMMLER, ARCHITECT OF THE SS
On January 6, 1929, Hitler named Heinrich Himmler commander of the SS, which at the time had close to 300 members. Himmler, who like Hitler was a fervent anti-Semite, had joined the Nazi Party in 1923 and eventually served as Hitler’s deputy propaganda chief. Himmler was determined to separate the SS from the SA, transform the SS into an elite force that was larger and more potent than the SA and, finally, alter the function of the organization within the Nazi Party.
Under Himmler’s guidance, the SS evolved over the next four years into a first-rate paramilitary unit. To qualify for the SS, prospective members (they are trained by the 12 Rules of Radicals today) had to prove that none of their ancestors were Jewish and agree to marry only with the consent of their superior officers. In addition to receiving military training, recruits were taught that they were the elite not only of the Nazi Party but of all humankind. Above all else, they were to value allegiance and obligation to the Nazi ideal, place individual concerns aside and perform their duties diligently and as a cohesive unit. Such expectations were reflected in the SS motto: “Loyalty is my honor.”
CONSOLIDATING POWER
By 1932, the SS had grown to include thousands of members, and the group began wearing all-black uniforms. When Hitler became Germany’s chancellor on January 30, 1933, SS membership had increased to over 50,000. In March of that year, Himmler announced the opening of the first Nazi concentration camp, in the town of Dachau, Germany. The camp initially housed political prisoners who opposed the Nazis.
In April 1934, Himmler was named head of Germany’s secret state police, the “Geheime Staatspolizei,” more commonly known as the “Gestapo.” The Gestapo, which had been established the previous year, was charged with tracking down and arresting Hitler’s adversaries. Without benefit of trial, these alleged enemies either were executed or dispatched to concentration camps.
Instead of telling Brady to do away with his red hat, these people will put Brady in jail for wearing a the red hat. Going to jail will be just a matter of time. Think about it what fool would tell Brady he had no right to wear a red hat.

At the same time, Himmler was one of the primary behind-the-scenes forces in the removal from power of Ernst Röhm (1887-1934), head of the SA. On June 30, 1934, during a purge of major SA officials that came to be known as the “Night of the Long Knives,” Röhm was arrested. He was executed several days later. The elimination of Röhm further increased Himmler’s profile within the Nazi hierarchy and partially led to him becoming one of the most powerful and feared men in all of Nazi Germany.
EXPANDING THE SS: MID-1930S
During the mid-1930s, two significant SS subdivisions came into existence. One was the “SS Verfügungstruppen,” or SS-VT, a military unit whose members were quartered in barracks. In order to be accepted into the SS-VT, recruits had to agree to a four-year compulsory terms of service.
The second subdivision was the “Totenkopfverbande,” or “Death’s Head Unit,” whose members operated Hitler’s concentration camps. The Totenkopfverbande was so named because the caps worn by its members were decorated with an insignia that featured the image of a skull. This emblem was not meant to imply that the Totenkopfverbande was carrying out murderous acts. Rather, it symbolized that the unit was committed to remaining faithful to Hitler to the death.
WORLD WAR II AND THE WAFFEN-SS
At the outset of World War II (1939-45), by which time SS membership numbered more than 250,000, Himmler established the “Waffen-SS,” or “Armed-SS,” essentially an expanded version of the SS-VT. The Waffen-SS consisted of a cadre of combat troops who specialized in brutalizing and murdering individuals in territories occupied by the Nazis. They were also involved in the daily operation of Hitler’s death camps.
Within six months of its formation, Waffen-SS members numbered 150,000, according to some reports. Not all were German nationals. In 1940, Himmler proposed the recruitment of non-German citizens, and the Waffen-SS eventually included ethnic Germans who hailed from Hungary, Yugoslavia, Romania and elsewhere, along with volunteers from practically every country the Nazis annexed, as well as Great Britain. For example, the Waffen-SS CharlemagneDivision, formed in 1944, consisted of over 20,000 Frenchmen.
As the war progressed, accounts differed as to the actual number of SS and Waffen-SS members. According to one report, by June 1944, 800,000 Nazis and Nazi supporters had been accepted into the SS and its subdivisions. Another account cited Waffen-SS membership alone at between 800,000 and 910,000 in October 1944.
HIMMLER’S FATE
In 1945, as the defeat of Nazi Germany seemed increasingly certain, Himmler became chief organizer of the “Volkssturm,” or “People’s Storm Troop,” a unit whose members were the polar opposite of those who qualified for the SS. The Volkssturm consisted of a cobbled-together army of teenage boys and elderly men whose improbable task was to be the last line of resistance against the Allies. As Germany went down to defeat, Himmler was captured by Allied soldiers. He committed suicide on May 23, 1945, by ingesting a cyanide capsule.
Following World War II, the Nuremberg military tribunals, in session from 1945 to 1949, were empowered to bring war criminals to justice. The tribunal declared the SS a criminal organization because of its direct involvement in committing war atrocities.

Dissidents arrested as Pope Francis celebrates his first Mass in Cuba

Pope Francis meets with Fidel Castro in Havana, after an outdoor mass attended by tens of thousands of people in the capital’s Revolution Square

Cuban authorities prevented leading dissidents from meeting Pope Francisin Havana on Sunday, in a sign of the Communist regime’s rigid intolerance of political opposition.
Two well-known dissidents, Marta Beatriz Roque and Miriam Leiva, had been invited by the Vatican to attend a vespers service led by the Pope’s in Havana’s historic baroque cathedral.
But they said they were detained by security agents and barred from attending the event.
“They told me that I didn’t have a credential and that I couldn’t go to the Pope’s event that was taking place there in the plaza of the Cathedral,” Ms Roque said.
She said that she and Ms Leiva had also been invited by the Vatican to meet Pope Francis at the residence of the Holy See’s ambassador to Cuba shortly after the pontiff’s arrival on Saturday, but that they were detained on that occasion as well.
The head of an opposition group called the Ladies in White said that 22 of the 24 members of the group who had hoped to attend a Mass celebrated by the Pope were prevented from doing so by Cuban security officials.
There had been intense speculation about whether the Pope would risk incurring the displeasure of his host, President Raul Castro, by meeting political opponents of the Communist regime.

Obama’s s.u.c.k a.s.s.e.s, at WEEI continue Obama bulling tactics at sports people. (7:00 am WEEI, 19 Oct. 2015) Getting into profanity to taunt sports players. Imagine saying these words, Some body got the tell the a.s.s.h.o.l.e.s to shut up. Notice that they don’t say anything about Muslims, which proves they are bullies. They are trying to land a $ 500,000 (no show) job at Harvard, if they taunt sports people. Like Senator Warren’s, job at Harvard. New Smear Attack Starts, at Tom Brady, it started at 11:20 am 3 September, 103.37 FM WEEI Boston. “He got away with it.” (Tom Brady) WEEI will not let this go, until Tom Brady reputation is destroyed, talk about evil and hateful people, being full of hate.
(News people don’t read this.) Not one Boston sports host or writer unequivocally believes in Tom Brady, in the sense that Tom, would never do anything like deflate the football, by nature he can’t do that. But news people must do things like that and they are everybody so they think he behaves like news people. To Tom doing something like that is absolutely stupid and pointless.

The truth does not matter, only the narrative (Brady is bad.) matters. No media people checking the psi before the Green Bay Packers game, or psi, at its end, Saints same thing. And the rest of preseason games. And now the Season Games. Truth does not exists anymore, in the media.

All Obama has to say, stop it, and the jackals will stop, he’s the only one, who can stop deflate gate lynching.

Having over 8 months of terror. Judges are political hacks today. Tom Brady’s only way, is to sue CBS, ABC for 7 billion dollars, each. That’s the only way ABC, CBS will get the message. We don’t want a Rwanda in this country.
4 Games and Draft Picks was engineered by Mazz, 98.5 CBS Boston, check the transcripts, not Roger Goodell, NFL. Mazz started with one game and said in order to get one game, it should come in compromises by starting with 4 games. Two games would not work because, he gave a reason, three games would not work, because of a second reason, then he decided that four games would be perfect for his reasons. That was explained right on his show..
When Mazz heard Tom Brady got four games, talk about a jubilant person.
Brady should sue ABC, CBS, NBC for 7 billion each

Brady should sue ABC, CBS, NBC for 7 billion each for destroying Tom Brady brand (His ability to make money in the future) , for the good of the country.
Their constant conditioning (Brain Washing) of the population for 8 months, that makes half of those people conditioned to do whatever their (ABC, CBS) sick minds think of, including murder.
500 million to the NFL for contributing in the destruction.
It has put Tom Brady and his family at deaths door.
It’s a big joke in the high offices of ABC, CBS, and that must come to an end.
This is the only way to stop this style of destroying people, in some cases of murdering people.
Plus lose their licenses to broadcast. (ABC, CBS)
This must be done.

For Brady’s family safety

For Brady’s family safety, Brady should get a cease and desist order for cbs.boston Tony Massarotti 2pm to 6pm. Massarotti can not control his passion to destroy Brady, he has a mentally controlled a group of listeners and they will do what ever he says to get on the air.
The constant badgering of his (Tom Brady) brand is putting his life and family in danger.
A plane carrying a sign came over the Patriots practice field saying cheater, that group came from New York supposedly. Some people may get brazing and attack Brandy and his family. The plane group contacted the radio station, and got on the air.

Mentally Strong People: The 13 Things They Avoid More

1. Waste Time Feeling Sorry for Themselves. You don’t see mentally strong people feeling sorry for their circumstances or dwelling on the way they’ve been mistreated. They have learned to take responsibility for their actions and outcomes, and they have an inherent understanding of the fact that frequently life is not fair. They are able to emerge from trying circumstances with self-awareness and gratitude for the lessons learned. When a situation turns out badly, they respond with phrases such as “Oh, well.” Or perhaps simply, “Next!”

2. Give Away Their Power. Mentally strong people avoid giving others the power to make them feel inferior or bad. They understand they are in control of their actions and emotions. They know their strength is in their ability to manage the way they respond.

3. Shy Away from Change. Mentally strong people embrace change and they welcome challenge. Their biggest “fear,” if they have one, is not of the unknown, but of becoming complacent and stagnant. An environment of change and even uncertainty can energize a mentally strong person and bring out their best.

4. Waste Energy on Things They Can’t Control. Mentally strong people don’t complain (much) about bad traffic, lost luggage, or especially about other people, as they recognize that all of these factors are generally beyond their control. In a bad situation, they recognize that the one thing they can always control is their own response and attitude, and they use these attributes well.

5. Worry About Pleasing Others. Know any people pleasers? Or, conversely, people who go out of their way to dis-please others as a way of reinforcing an image of strength? Neither position is a good one. A mentally strong person strives to be kind and fair and to please others where appropriate, but is unafraid to speak up. They are able to withstand the possibility that someone will get upset and will navigate the situation, wherever possible, with grace.

6. Fear Taking Calculated Risks. A mentally strong person is willing to take calculated risks. This is a different thing entirely than jumping headlong into foolish risks. But with mental strength, an individual can weigh the risks and benefits thoroughly, and will fully assess the potential downsides and even the worst-case scenarios before they take action.

7. Dwell on the Past. There is strength in acknowledging the past and especially in acknowledging the things learned from past experiences—but a mentally strong person is able to avoid miring their mental energy in past disappointments or in fantasies of the “glory days” gone by. They invest the majority of their energy in creating an optimal present and future.

8. Make the Same Mistakes Over and Over. We all know the definition of insanity, right? It’s when we take the same actions again and again while hoping for a different and better outcome than we’ve gotten before. A mentally strong person accepts full responsibility for past behavior and is willing to learn from mistakes. Research shows that the ability to be self-reflective in an accurate and productive way is one of the greatest strengths of spectacularly successful executives and entrepreneurs.

9. Resent Other People’s Success. It takes strength of character to feel genuine joy and excitement for other people’s success. Mentally strong people have this ability. They don’t become jealous or resentful when others succeed (although they may take close notes on what the individual did well). They are willing to work hard for their own chances at success, without relying on shortcuts.

10. Give Up After Failure. Every failure is a chance to improve. Even the greatest entrepreneurs are willing to admit that their early efforts invariably brought many failures. Mentally strong people are willing to fail again and again, if necessary, as long as the learning experience from every “failure” can bring them closer to their ultimate goals.

11. Fear Alone Time. Mentally strong people enjoy and even treasure the time they spend alone. They use their downtime to reflect, to plan, and to be productive. Most importantly, they don’t depend on others to shore up their happiness and moods. They can be happy with others, and they can also be happy alone.

12. Feel the World Owes Them Anything. Particularly in the current economy, executives and employees at every level are gaining the realization that the world does not owe them a salary, a benefits package and a comfortable life, regardless of their preparation and schooling. Mentally strong people enter the world prepared to work and succeed on their merits, at every stage of the game.

13. Expect Immediate Results. Whether it’s a workout plan, a nutritional regimen, or starting a business, mentally strong people are “in it for the long haul”. They know better than to expect immediate results. They apply their energy and time in measured doses and they celebrate each milestone and increment of success on the way. They have “staying power.” And they understand that genuine changes take time. Do you have mental strength? Are there elements on this list you need more of? With thanks to Amy Morin, I would like to reinforce my own abilities further in each of these areas today. How about you?

Brady has been reduced to a Rwanda cockroach by 98.5 cbs.local wbz radio (RTML, radio Rwanda).

Denies Republicans (Independents) first amendment rights 2 years later, IRS probes drag on

rnDemocrat’s) Lois Lerner. Denies Republicans (Independents) first amendment rights 2 years later, IRS probes drag on rnrnrnrn > rnrnrn(Democrat’s) She (Lois Lerner) denies Republicans (Independents) first amendment rights 2 years later, IRS probes drag on | TheHilrn(Muslim terrorizing tactics)rnrnExactly two years after the IRS first admitted improperly scrutinizing Republicans, Independents, tomorrow it’s you, congressional investigations into the tax agency show no sign of drawing to a close anytime soon.rnrnCongressional Republicans say they are deeply irritated that they haven’t finished off the investigations launched after Lois Lerner apologized for the IRS on May 10, 2013, and insist that President Obama’s Justice Department has stonewalled their efforts.rnrnTop lawmakers like Senate Finance Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) note that they’ve only just received thousands of emails to and from Lerner that the IRS said were unrecoverable close to a year ago.rnrnHatch recently said he hoped a bipartisan Finance report, which members once thought could be released more than a year ago, could come out by the end of June. But congressional investigators maintain that they’ll need to make sure they have a fuller accounting of Lerner’s email trail before any reports are circulated.rnrnAsked about the repeated delays, Hatch said simply: “Every time we turn around we get more emails.”rnPulls a Hillery Clinton Email SchemernCongressional committees have received about 5,000 of the roughly 6,400 newly recovered Lerner emails they expect from Treasury’s inspector general for tax administration, a GOP aide said Friday. The aide said that there appears to be little new in the emails, and that the inspector general is expected to issue a broader report on the emails in the coming weeks.rnrnHatch is far from the only GOP lawmakers fuming about the status of the IRS investigation.rnrn“That’s so egregious, for the tax collection agency of the United States to be in that kind of shape,” said Sen. Pat Roberts (R-Kan.). “They have nobody to blame but themselves. I’d just like to see some accountability, you know?”rnrnBut even some Republicans, Independents acknowledge that the IRS controversy wasn’t quite the slam dunk case they thought it was two years ago, and House Republicans at least have seemed to put more emphasis on their investigation into the Benghazi attacks over the last year.rnrnStill, Republicans aren’t the only group frustrated by the IRS investigations – underscoring that the partisan divisions marking the inquiries aren’t going away, and that controversy will linger long after any reports are issued.rnrnTea Party (Republicans, Independents) groups say some organizations are still facing delays from the IRS, and that they believe Lerner and other agency officials are getting off easy.rnrn“It’s clear the IRS would like this scandal to disappear,” Jordan Sekulow, whose American Center for Law and Justice represents dozens of groups challenging the IRS in court, said recently.rnrnCongressional Democrats, though, say that two years’ worth of investigations, costing millions of taxpayer dollars, have found what they long suspected – that the IRS’s scrutiny of Tea Party (Republicans, Independents) groups was caused not by political bias, but by bureaucratic mismanagement. (We have the Brooklyn Bridge for sale)rnrnThe IRS itself says it took pride in a recent inspector general report that found the agency had cleaned up its act when processing tax-exempt applications. But the IRS, and their Democratic supporters, are also facing down budget cuts from Republicans who have shown no signs that they’ll forgive an agency which was unpopular even before Lerner’s apology two years ago.rnrnJohn Koskinen, the IRS commissioner, has said that the roughly 10 percent budget cut – from .1 billion to .9 billion – the agency has absorbed in recent years has only hurt its ability to help taxpayers.rn(How come the IRS spent so much money destroying Republicans, Independents, they found money for that.)rnKoskinen said in a March speech that the improper scrutiny of Tea Party (Republicans, Independents) groups was “from a prior era,” and has urged Congress to allow the IRS to put that era to rest and provide more funding. “It’s not the IRS of 2010, 2011 or even 2012,” Koskinen said in the March speech.rnrnRepublicans, Independents themselves, frustrated especially by the Justice Department’s investigation into the IRS, have started focusing more heavily on preventing a “Lois Lerner 2.0” situation, as Rep. Peter Roskam (R-Ill.) calls it.rnrn“Of course there’s not targeting going on right now, when the entire world is watching. It’s no surprise that they stopped the targeting for the time being,” said Roskam, the chairman of the House Ways and Means subcommittee overseeing the IRS. “But moving forward, the IRS hasn’t been able to demonstrate anything that it’s done to prevent the targeting from happening again.”rnrnThe Senate’s permanent subcommittee on investigations is the only panel to have rolled out a final report on the IRS’s handling of 501(c)(4) applications – and even that was notable largely for the split findings from former Sen. Carl Levin (D-Mich.) and Sen. John McCain (R-Ariz.).rnrnRoskam said he didn’t know whether Ways and Means Chairman Paul Ryan (R-Wis.), who has made trade deals and tax reform his top priorities, would be interested in releasing a broad report on the committee’s IRS findings.rnrnRep. Jim Jordan (Ohio), a senior member of the House Oversight Committee, said much the same thing about his panel’s chairman, Rep. Jason Chaffetz (R-Utah).rnrnJordan did note that the committee’s previous chairman, Rep. Darrell Issa (R-Calif.), released periodic reports on the IRS, including a broad final report in his last days atop the Oversight panel.rnrnThe Ohio Republican was far more confident that Justice Department investigators have never been serious about pressing criminal charges against anyone connected to the IRS, and knocked former Attorney General Eric Holder for declining to appoint a special prosecutor to look into the case.rnrnJustice officials have said they want to complete their investigation “as expeditiously as possible.” But Republicans were also enraged last month when an outgoing U.S. attorney decided not to bring their contempt charges against Lerner to a grand jury.rnrn“You’ve got all this history, and you’ve got the fundamental nature of the violation,” Jordan said. “I think it’s kind of natural to be skeptical about, well, ‘everything’s fine now.’ I do think there’s more to look into here.”rnrnRepublicans add that they’ll have to keep their focus on the IRS as long as it’s still working on new rules governing 501(c)(4) groups, after groups ranging from the Tea Party (Republicans, Independents) to the American Civil Liberties Union ripped the Obama administration’s first effort.rnrnAnd while Republicans don’t want to speculate on when their IRS efforts might come to a close, Roskam dropped some hints that their interest in both the agency and Lerner won’t fade anytime soon.rnrn“The statute of limitations doesn’t lapse until after the new administration comes in, so you could very easily see a newly constituted Justice Department having a new attitude about Lerner,” Roskam said.

Tom Brady’s dad defends Patriots QB on Wells Report: ‘DeflateGate turned into Framegate’

Tom Brady Sr. came out with an impassioned defense Wednesday after his son was portrayed as a cheater in Ted Wells’ DeflateGate report, claiming the Patriots’ four-time Super Bowl champion was framed.

Brady Sr. said he believes it was a sting operation from the beginning, engineered by Colts GM Ryan Grigson, who complained to the league before the AFC title game that the Patriots use deflated footballs, and league executive Mike Kensil, who was in the locker room at halftime when the footballs were tested.

“StingGate turned into DeflateGate turned into FrameGate,” Brady Sr. told the Daily News. “They can say anything they want, but I believe in the integrity of my son. The league had to get out of this. This shouldn’t have occurred in the first place. This is not something that makes the league look good.”

Brady Sr. has read the Wells Report. As of early Wednesday evening, he had not yet spoken to his son (he had left a message and was waiting to hear back). Brady Sr. made a point of saying that nowhere in the report did it say his son ever asked the footballs be deflated to below the minimum level of 12.5 PSI (pounds per square inch), only that he liked the football at the 12.5.

Brady Sr. attends all of the Patriots’ home games and many of their road games. His son is his best friend.

“I don’t have any question about his integrity. I don’t have any question about his motives. This is the most low-handed approach any big-time corporation could use,” Brady Sr. said. “I know how my son is in his private times. I trust that my son behaved in this context exactly as I have seen him behave in other situations. People can come to any conclusion they want and interpret it any way they want. That’s their issue. It’s not mine.

But he knows his son’s image has taken a hit.

“I certainly think it hurts,” he said. “People who care about you still believe in you. People who don’t, you don’t worry about anyway. Of course, it’s hard to read. That would be true for any father. It goes with the territory. I know people out there don’t root for him or the Patriots – 31 out of 32 fan bases root against him. That’s OK. That’s sports.”

As for the possibility that Brady will get fined or suspended, his father said: “Whatever happens, happens. It’s out of everybody’s hands right now. It is in (NFL executive Troy) Vincent’s hands and (commissioner Roger) Goodell’s hands. They will run with it as they see fit.”

NFL initially gave Patriots bad information about PSI readings

Posted by Mike Florio on May 7, 2015, 7:31 AM EDT
To no surprise, the 274-page report generated by Ted Wells contains plenty of information. And that information includes some bad information that initially was given to the Patriots.
At page 100 of the report, Wells explains that the January 19 letter from NFL senior V.P. David Gardi to Patriots owner Robert Kraft provided two inaccurate facts to the Patriots.
“The inspection, which involved each ball being inspected twice with different gauges, revealed that none of the Patriots’ game balls were inflated to the specifications required under Rule 2, Section 1,” Gardi wrote. “In fact, one of the game balls was inflated to 10.1 psi, far below the requirement of 12-1/2 to 13-1⁄2 psi. In contrast, each of the Colts’ game balls that was inspected met the requirements set forth above.”
The Wells report notes that not a single measurement of any of the New England footballs reflected a PSI reading of 10.1. In fact, only one measurement of one football was as low as 10.5 PSI.
The Wells report also points out that Gardi’s comments about the Colts’ game balls was not accurate. On one of the two gauges used to test the footballs, THREE of the four Colts balls tested were UNDER the limit of 12.5 PSI.

The Wells report also points out that Gardi’s comments about the Colts’ game balls was not accurate. On one of the two gauges used to test the footballs, THREE of the four Colts balls tested were UNDER the limit of 12.5 PSI.
The Wells report essentially shrugs at these arguably significant misstatements of fact, pointing out that Gardi wasn’t personally at the game (they why did he write the letter?) and that the mistakes were “inadvertent.”
But the errors speak to a potential degree of zeal and desire by some in the league office to catch the Patriots in the act. While the Wells report separately concludes that there was no evidence of bias against the Patriots, two clear and obvious misstatements in the first communication on the situation regarding facts that go to the heart of the case — the air pressure in Patriots footballs and the air pressure in Colts footballs — should at least spark healthy curiosity that someone was out to get the Patriots.
Coupled with the fact that multiple league officials knew about the suspicions and that none of them warned the Patriots or relayed the information to someone who possibly would (such as, you know, Commissioner Roger Goodell), it’s hard not to wonder whether one or more people were more concerned about catching the Patriots than dotting all i’s, crossing all t’s, and ultimately acting in the broader best interests of the NFL.
None of this exonerates the Patriots, if as Wells concluded a violation occurred. But if that conclusion arose from a process that involved one or more people who weren’t as concerned about getting it right as they were about getting the Patriots, that’s a problem.

For some, the Wells report is the gift that keeps on giving. For others, it’s the curse that keeps on cursing.
For me, it’s a fascinating document with 243 pages of nooks and crannies triggering plenty of healthy speculation and suspicion about the stuff that didn’t make it to the final document.
Today’s lesson, kids, starts at page 66 of the report. That’s the portion of the narrative that focuses on the events that unfolded at halftime of the AFC title game.
Clete Blakeman and Dyrol Prioleau tested the air pressure in each of the 11 footballs used by the Patriots. Richard Farley recorded the measurements generated by Blakeman and Prioleau. Then, Blakeman and Prioleau tested four of the Colts balls.
Why only four? The Wells report explains that the rest of the 12 Colts footballs weren’t tested due to time constraints.
“Halftime for the game was scheduled to last thirteen minutes and time was running short before the scheduled start of the second half,” Wells writes at pages 68-69.
But the report then explains that the officials “also inflated and readjusted each of the Patriots game balls tested,” with Alberto Riveron instructing that they be set to 13 PSI.

The sequence of the events is potentially critical. But the report makes the sequence unclear. Did they test the Patriots footballs, test only four of the Colts footballs before realizing that time was running short, and then re-inflate the 11 Patriots footballs? Or did they test the Patriots footballs, re-inflate them, and then test four of the Colts footballs before heading back to the field? If those facts are known, they’re not addressed anywhere in the report.
If the Colts footballs were tested before the Patriots footballs were re-inflated, a conclusion that “time was running short” when testing the Colts footballs would have, at a minimum, resulted in a hasty re-inflation of the Patriots footballs. Nothing the the report suggests that there was any hurry to get the footballs re-inflated. If the Patriots footballs were re-inflated before the testing of the Colts footballs commenced, the Colts footballs had extra time in a warmer environment than the field of play, which would have increased their internal air pressure — making the relative decreases measured in the New England and Indianapolis footballs (a factor that is critically important to Exponent’s conclusions) even more pronounced.
Some believe that the testing of the Colts footballs ended not because time was running short, but because the air pressure readings from one of the two gauges showed that three of the four Colts balls tested under 12.5 PSI. As the theory/hypothesis goes, one or more people supervising the process at that point didn’t want to know the results for all 12 Colts footballs, once it appeared that 75 percent of those tested had moved from at or above 13 PSI before the game to less than 12.5 PSI at halftime.

To understand the potential reaction of those involved in testing the footballs at halftime, it’s important to consider that, as former NFL official and supervisor of officials Jim Daopoulos said on Tuesday’s PFT Live on NBC Sports Radio, game officials previously didn’t understand that air pressure drops when footballs are exposed to the elements. So when the readings for the 11 Patriots footballs were coming in below 12.5, the automatic assumption would have been tampering. Then, when the readings for the Colts footballs began coming in consistently below 12.5 on one of the two gauges, the reaction may have been confusion — and, if anyone in the room had a specific agenda against the Patriots, frustration.
“This isn’t about the Colts footballs,” someone possibly may have declared when realizing that the measurements from the Colts footballs was muddying the narrative that the Patriots had been caught cheating.
Either way, the effort to convert a traditionally unscientific practice of monitoring football air pressure prior to an NFL game into a white-coat, rubber-glove exercise in laboratory specificity becomes further undermined by the failure of the folks who had access to the Colts footballs at halftime to measure the air pressure in all of them. This failure becomes even more glaring because of Exponent’s ultimate reliance on the average decrease in air pressure for the Colts footballs in comparison to the average decrease in air pressure for the Patriots footballs in finding that tampering must have happened.

After 11 hours, Tom Brady’s suspension appeal finally wraps up

Whatever NFL commissioner Roger Goodell decides in the matter of Tom Brady’s appeal, it’s clear that neither side will claim it didn’t have the chance to speak its piece.
The appeal apparently began a little bit after 9 a.m. ET on Tuesday and didn’t conclude until about 8:30 p.m., a marathon meeting considering it was about deflated footballs. No further hearings were scheduled, according to NFL spokesman Greg Aiello, who said there were 10 hours of testimony. Clearly both sides wanted to wrap it all up in one day, even though it took more than 11 hours.
Presumably a lot of time was spent dissecting investigator Ted Wells’ report, and dealing with the scientific findings of his investigation and the subsequent reports that refuted them. According to the NFL Network, there were more than 40 people present at the hearing, and it was held in the downstairs conference room at NFL offices because it was such a large meeting.
Brady is appealing a four-game suspension handed out for whatever role he had in the under-inflation of the Patriots’ footballs during January’s AFC championship game against the Indianapolis Colts.
Jeffrey Kessler, Brady’s attorney through the NFLPA, said Brady stayed until the end of the appeal and that there’s no timetable for a decision from Goodell but “we feel like we made a very compelling case in there,” via Bart Hubbuch of the New York Post.
Wells told reporters that he testified Tuesday but declined to further elaborate.

The NFL suspended Brady based on the report from Wells, which vaguely stated it was “more probable than not” that the quarterback was “at least generally aware” of the activities of employees John Jastremski and Jim McNally to deflate footballs. That was an outrageous punishment considering it didn’t follow any precedent set by the NFL and there was almost no evidence of Brady’s wrongdoing. But it’s also tough to imagine the NFL backtracking on a punishment it handed out. The NFLPA did not want Goodell to preside over the appeal, but to the surprise of nobody he did anyway.
Brady arrived for the appeal at about 9 a.m., according to the reporters there. He came into the NFL’s Park Avenue offices through a side door, with many fans and media watching his arrival.ESPN’s Adam Schefter reported that Brady testified “under oath,” a ridiculous notion for an NFL appeal, but the league is consistently out of its element when it comes to acting like a justice system.
The NFL reportedly said in a letter (via Schefter) that Brady’s side would have four hours to present its case, but Aiello said on Twitter that there was no four-hour limit and the league expected Brady’s side to go more than four hours.
The whole ordeal has brought Brady’s legacy into question. After his fourth Super Bowl win, which included an incredible fourth-quarter comeback against the Seattle Seahawks, Brady strengthened his already strong case to be considered the greatest quarterback in NFL history. For some, mostly those who are tired of the Patriots winning, deflate-gate has damaged that legacy. It also played into the legacy of Goodell, whose haphazard punishments have been a major issue in the criticism of his time as commissioner. That’s why it seemed there was more at stake in this appeal than normal. That’s also why there has been plenty of speculation that the case could end up in federal court if Brady’s suspension isn’t entirely overturned.
The chances of Brady getting the desired result in federal court seem slim, however, because the players are bound by a collective-bargaining agreement, and most judges are wary of overruling CBAs (ESPN.com explained this in detail). Perhaps Brady, via a temporary restraining order or injunction, could buy some time and play in the regular-season opener through the courts.
The thought heading into the appeal, based on Goodell’s insistence that he wanted to hear from Brady himself, was that Brady would have to present some new information that proved his innocence. That’s tough to do, but it might determine if Brady serves all four games of his suspension or gets a reduced sentence by Goodell.

Trump leads GOP presidential field in new national poll

By Neetzan Zimmerman – 07/09/15 12:48 PM EDT
Media coverage of Donald Trump’s controversial immigration remarks have lifted the GOP presidential candidate to the top of the Republican field, according to a new Economist/YouGov poll.
Trump was the preferred GOP nominee for president for 15 percent of respondents — 4 points ahead of former Gov. Jeb Bush (Fla.) and Sen. Rand Paul (Ky.), who were tied for second place.
Gov. Scott Walker (Wis.), Sen. Marco Rubio (Fla.) and former Gov. Mike Huckabee (Ark.) shared the third spot with 9 percent each.
In addition to being the first choice for the majority of likely voters who participated in the poll, Trump was also the primary second choice for those who preferred another candidate as their nominee.
12 percent of respondents said Trump was second in line for their vote, while only 7 percent picked either Bush or Paul as their safety candidate.
While Trump may be on top this week, registered Republican voters gave him a very weak chance of holding on to that spot in the long run.
The vast majority of respondents — 29 percent — said they believed Jeb Bush would ultimately claim the GOP presidential nomination. Only 7 percent said the same about Trump.
Unlike other polling companies, YouGov relies on a preselected pool of registered voters from which it pulls respondents at random.
Though this methodology has been called into question by some, the results of this poll are in line with other surveys, including one from the left-leaning Public Policy Polling, which gave Trump a comfortable lead in North Carolina.

ISIS: 0; TED KENNEDY: TOO MANY TO COUNT as a result of the country’s immigration policies

In the days leading up to July Fourth weekend, Americans were hysterically warned about an ISIS attack in the United States. Congressman Peter King, for example, somberly advised Fox News viewers that “this is the most concerned I’ve seen the FBI and Homeland Security” since 9/11.

And, once again, the weekend came and went without anyone in America being killed by ISIS, but a lot of people being killed by immigrants — legal, illegal, second generation and anchor babies. There’s no way to know exactly how many Americans were killed July Fourth weekend as a result of the country’s immigration policies, because the media don’t trust us with the truth.

But the holiday weekend kicked off with the news that an illegal alien from Mexico, Francisco Sanchez, had shot and killed 32-year-old Kathryn Steinle on Wednesday on a San Francisco pier. The most surprising aspect of the crime was that we were told right away that Steinle’s suspected killer was an illegal alien. Usually, we only find out that the perp was an immigrant years later when the Spanish translators show up in court.

The day after Steinle was shot to death, the Associated Press reported that members of the Mexican mafia and their associates — Loribeth Martinez, John Mendoza Jr., Kristopher Sanchez and Veronica Sanchez — had been arrested for the murder of two people, Traci Lynn Lemley and Jeremy Carrico, in San Antonio, Texas.

Also on Thursday:

— A fifth suspect in a shooting in Las Vegas, Benjamin Hernandez, was arrested. He joined Yors “Cuete” Garcia-Mier, Nicholas Pedro “Silent” Cortes, Miguel “Trips” Salazar and Jeiszon Valles in jail for the killing.

— In New Jersey, an illegal alien from Ecuador was indicted for attempting to murder his ex-wife by stabbing her with a steak knife in front of one of their children. (Gosh — I hope all those kids were born here, so the media can start referring to them as “American citizens” right away.)

— The bodies of two Americans, Michael Careccia and his wife, Tina, were dug out of the Arizona desert, and Jose Valenzuela, was arrested for their murder.

— An illegal immigrant from Mexico, Juan Francisco de Luna Vasquez, murdered his wife with a hammer in Laredo, Texas. Vasquez had previously been charged with assault, making terroristic threats, DWI and evading arrest. It just sounds awful to be living in the shadows like that!

That was Thursday. And I didn’t even include drunk driving fatalities, a specialty of our Latin American immigrants. (It may not be a good idea to pluck people from the Mayan jungle and put them directly on American roads and highways.)

On Friday, as Americans worried about the imminent ISIS attack:

— Prudencio Juan Fragos-Ramirez, an illegal alien in Washington state, was accused of murdering an 18-year-old and her toddler son, then setting the pair on fire.

— Irina Kolenkina, a Russian immigrant who does not speak English, was ordered to stand trial for the murder of her husband in Vienna, Wisconsin. Kolenkina had to be put into restraints because she became so combative upon her arrest.

— Illegal immigrant Sinar Roblero Escalante found out he would get off scot-free for killing a 24-year-old man in East Naples, Florida, 10 years ago in a car accident. After the crash, Escalante had fled the scene on foot. He went on the lam and is believed to have hid out in Mexico for at least part of that time — thus, outlasting the statute of limitations. Escalante was recently re-arrested after being caught in his car with a baggie of cocaine on his lap.

— In another immigration success story, Andrew Romero assaulted a prison guard in New Mexico last week. Romero is awaiting trial on charges that he murdered Rio Rancho Police officer Gregg Benner.

— On our nation’s birthday, it was reported that Brogenet Cinor, a Haitian voodoo priest, was arrested for child rape in Florida.

— On Monday, an illegal alien from Mexico engaged in a fatal hit-and-run accident in Bellingham, Washington, then fled the scene of the accident. Witnesses described a “short Hispanic man” running from the car, which was littered with empty beer bottles and a case of Modelo Especial. The illegal farm worker doesn’t speak English, but he was able to ask for an attorney in Spanish.

In related news, a non-elderly woman in Washington state became the first person to die of measles in the U.S. since 2003.

On the bright side, heading into the July 4 weekend, Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) announced that it is reconsidering its policy of releasing convicted criminal illegal aliens into the public without warning. This was the agency’s lightning-fast response to the murder of 21-year-old Grant Ronnebeck by a Mexican illegal alien in Arizona last January.

Apolinar Altamirano had been released by ICE because the charge on his conviction sheet was “burglary,” which our public servants deemed a “nonviolent” offense. But burglary was merely the charge Altamirano had agreed to in a plea bargain. His actual crime, according to the victim, was to break into her home with two accomplices, steal all her belongings, kidnap and rape her.

Mexico really is sending us its best people!

Some of these crimes were committed by legal residents — even “citizens.” But without Teddy Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act, combined with Justice William Brennan’s 1982 anchor baby invention, the “Mexican mafia” would not be living in America, much less be “citizens.”

Just as America’s immigration policies began favoring people from cultures as different from ours as possible, we also began providing government assistance to any loser immigrants and refusing to deport the criminals.

There’s no question but that the only reason any of this week’s criminal immigrants are in America at all is because of Ted Kennedy’s 1965 immigration act.

Now go back to worrying about ISIS.

US MARSHALS EMPLOYEE CAUGHT HAVING SEX ON COURTHOUSE ROOF

HARRISBURG, Pa. (AP) — The U.S. Marshals Service says one of its employees was photographed having sex on the roof of a federal courthouse in Pennsylvania.

A resident of a nearby apartment building who was concerned that there was a security breach snapped the pictures this week and sent them to WHTM-TV in Harrisburg, which alerted authorities.

U.S. Marshal Martin J. Pane issued a statement Thursday confirming the employee’s involvement. He said the matter is under investigation.

The photos depict a couple engaged in sex acts on the roof of the Ronald Reagan Federal Courthouse in Harrisburg.

Pane said the Marshals Service is confident that the security integrity of the courthouse is intact.

Trump on Cartel prison break: ‘I was right’

rnrnThis weekend’s prison break of a Mexican drug cartel leader proves that Donald Trump was right all along, the business mogul and GOP presidential contender claimed on Monday.rnrnHours after news broke that Joaquin “El Chapo” Guzman had broken out of his maximum security Mexican prison through an elaborate, mile-long tunnel that began in the shower area of his cell, Trump jumped at the chance for what he saw as validation.rnrn“Mexico’s biggest drug lord escapes from jail,” Trump wrote on Twitter on Sunday evening. “Unbelievable corruption and USA is paying the price. “ We must bear in mind, then, that there is nothing more difficult and dangerous, or more doubtful of success, than an attempt to introduce a new order of things in any state. For the innovator has for enemies all those who derived advantages from the old order of things, whilst those who expect to be benefited by the new institutions will be but lukewarm defenders. This indifference arises in part from fear of their adversaries who were favoured by the existing laws, and partly from the incredulity of men who have no faith in anything new that is not the result of well-established experience. Hence it is that, whenever the opponents of the new order of things have the opportunity to attack it, they will do it with the zeal of partisans, whilst the others defend it but feebly, so that it is dangerous to rely upon the latter.”

THE NAZZI SS

People that chase down people that do politically incorrect things. (ABC, CBS, NBC, Public TV, Hollywood)
Brady right to wear a red hat has been taking a from him, you are next, like it or not, the illegals will be the enforcers (SS), as they hate Christians like Americans. (Live with them and you know the truth. They will do the killing for people like Warren Buffet) Ref: An ordinary man.

Pigs save Muslim children and adults

Just before World War I, there were a number of terrorist attacks on the United States forces in the Philippines by Muslim extremists. So General Pershing captured 50 terrorists and had them tied to posts for execution. He then had his men bring in two pigs and slaughter them in front of the now horrified terrorists. Muslims detest pork because they believe pigs are filthy animals. Some of them simply refuse to eat it, while others won’t even touch pigs at all, nor any of their by-products. To them, eating or touching a pig, its meat, its blood, etc., is to be instantly barred from paradise (and those virgins) and doomed to hell. The soldiers then soaked their bullets in pigs blood, and proceeded to execute 49 of the terrorists by firing squad. The soldiers then dug a big hole, dumped in the terrorist’s bodies and covered them in pig blood, entrails, etc. They let the 50th man go. And for the next forty-two years, there was not a single Muslim extremist attack anywhere in the world.

It drew its early membership largely from the Freikorps(Free Corps), armed freebooter groups, made up largely of ex-soldiers, that battled leftists in the streets in the early days of the Weimar Republic. Outfitted in brown uniforms after the fashion of Mussolini’s Fascist Blackshirts in Italy, the SA men protected Party meetings, marched in Nazi rallies, and physically assaulted political opponents. Under Röhm SA membership, swelled from the ranks of the Great Depression’s unemployed, grew to 400,000 by 1932 and to perhaps 2,000,000—20 times the size of the regular army—by the time that Hitler came to power in 1933.rnDuring the early days of the Nazi regime, the SA carried out unchecked street violence against Jews and Nazi opponents. But it was eyed with suspicion by the regular army and by the wealthy industrialists, two groups whose support Hitler was trying to secure.

That was explained right on his show..

It’s ok to destroy him over the radio, just like in the book An Ordinary Man (autobiography). All because he did not go to Obama’s white house with the team, having his political views. (He’s a Tutsi cockroach)

Americans are dealing with Nazi (1920’s there is no other way to explain them) tactics, look how Brandy was shot down by the radio using their audience as bullies.

But if that conclusion arose from a process that involved one or more people who weren’t as concerned about getting it right as they were about getting the Patriots, that’s a problem.

footballs at halftime Questions remain about Colts

Posted by Mike Florio on May 14, 2015, 8:02 AM EDT

This indifference arises in part from fear of their adversaries who were favoured by the existing laws, and partly from the incredulity of men who have no faith in anything new that is not the result of well-established experience.
